Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Analyse market trends and client needs to develop and execute business strategies that achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Client Success: Craft compelling business proposals that provide clients with a competitive edge and achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Business Expansion: Collaborate with project teams to drive service innovation and identify opportunities to expand key accounts and win new business.
  • Leadership: Mentor and lead Account Executives, building their capabilities in strategic account management and client retention.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology partners and principals to drive referrals and expand the business solutions portfolio.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Head of Delivery and project teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution and achieve high client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Account Management with a verifiable history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the Digital Marketing or Tech sectors.
  • Tech-Savvy: A genuine passion for digital ecosystems and the technology that drives business marketing.
  • Agility: Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a high-velocity, dynamic environment.
  • Relationship Building: Elite communication skills with the ability to build deep rapport with stakeholders and network effectively.
  • Mindset: Ambitious, self-starting, and relentlessly goal-oriented.
