Job Introduction

Join us as a Content Strategist and play a pivotal role in defining brand voices through impactful storytelling. Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Execution

  • Strategy Development: Design, plan, and manage holistic content marketing strategies, establishing content pillars that educate, entertain, and engage potential customers.
  • Trend Analysis & Research: Identify emerging consumer trends and pain points to craft high-conversion content.
  • Editorial Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output across all digital platforms.
  • Client Proposals: Formulate strategic content proposals tailored to meet specific client objectives and KPIs.

2. On-Camera Talent & Production

  • On-Screen Presence: Act as a primary talent/presenter for short-form social media video content.
  • Scripting & Storyboarding: Write engaging scripts and develop storylines designed to hook viewers within the first few seconds.
  • Post-Production: Film and edit high-quality vertical content, including on-site shoots and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with designers, account managers, and performance teams to align content with broader client goals.
  • Pitching & Presentation: Confidently present creative concepts and strategic ideas to both internal teams and clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • BA/BS in Communications, Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a related creative field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A strong command of spoken and written English with a natural flair for creative copywriting.
  • The ability to adapt your writing style and tone to suit diverse industries and brand identities.
  • On-camera confidence and proficiency in mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InStories).
  • A deep understanding of TikTok and Reels algorithms, trending audios, and viral formats.
  • A disciplined, results-oriented attitude with a hunger for continuous learning.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines both independently and as part of a team.

 

Plus-Points (Bonus)

  • Experience leading or conducting social media photo and video shoots.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
