Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting (Core):
- Prepare full set of accounts to support the business in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Develop accounting schedules, reconcile accounts, and produce management reports
- Record and post journal entries for the general ledger,
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards,
- Handle Tax reporting & submission,
- Support external audit processes and statutory compliance,
Business Support & Analysis:
- Prepare financial reports for business analysis.
- Assist in annual budgeting and cash flow reporting.
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
Administrative Support:
- Provide assistance to directors on HR & office administration matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree/ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Excellent knowledge in the use of Accounting Software. Preferably with experience in using QuickBooks online
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to multitask.
- Having knowledge and experience with the management of Singapore accounts will be an advantage
