Farrer Park Hospital (FPH) operates on a unique model that seamlessly integrates acute healthcare with premium hospitality services. To reflect this world-class offline experience digitally, FPH partnered with Vintedge to migrate its corporate website to the high-performance Magnolia DX Content Management System (CMS).

- The CMS integrates seamlessly with existing directory services, ensuring secure, role-based access control across departments (e.g., separating Medical Information publishers from General Information publishers).
- Replacing rigid page templates, Magnolia utilises “Content Apps”. Marketers can easily create structured records for Doctors, Specialties, Conditions, and Treatments. For example, mapping a newly added doctor to a specific “Specialty” automatically pulls their profile into the relevant service pages.
- A robust approval workflow separates content editors and publishers, ensuring clinical accuracy and brand compliance before any information goes live.
The new platform features interconnected modules designed to reduce friction, including an intuitive “Find a Doctor” search and automated lead routing that directs patient inquiries to internal departments while simultaneously sending patient acknowledgments.
