Garnered a significant reach of 810,570 Instagram users and 299 photo entries in a month
As a global leader in the consumer electronics industry, Canon Singapore’s social media pages provide platforms for professionals and enthusiasts to get the latest updates on Canon’s products, share tips and tricks, and showcase their works.
In 2016, Vintedge was engaged by Canon Singapore to design a campaign that would help increase engagement for Canon Singapore and create awareness for Germany’s largest airline, Lufthansa.
In order to pique the public’s interest, Vintedge leveraged on the then-trending levitation photography to create engaging content. The team planned and executed a social media contest that encouraged participants to share their best levitation shots on Instagram. A micro-site with details of the campaign was also developed to assist participation.

The campaign garnered a significant reach of 810,570 Instagram users and generated 818,863 impressions with #CanonxLufthansa. There was also active participation and engagement, with the team receiving a total of 299 photo submissions by the end of the campaign.
