Facebook Live event garnered a significant reach of 44,363 with 97% positive reactions
As the largest and most successful pizza restaurant in the world boasting 37 outlets in just Singapore alone, Pizza Hut is many Singaporean’s go-to for a quick pizza fix.
With the ever-evolving digital space, however, Pizza Hut Singapore’s Facebook page struggled to keep up with the times with its usual visually unattractive and hard selling promotional content. This conflicted with Pizza Hut’s business objectives and negatively impacted its brand presence, creating perceptions of Pizza Hut as an expensive, old, and uninteresting brand.
To revive the brand’s identity and give it a new look and direction, Vintedge revamped Pizza Hut Singapore’s Facebook page by introducing new, trendy content, and removing hard selling promotional ones. The team also brought it up a notch by leveraging on the popular Facebook Live video feature to host an interesting doodling contest to interact with existing fans and garner new ones.
The live event garnered a significant reach of 44,363. There was active participation and engagement throughout, and 97% of viewers reacted positively to the content. Thereafter, the number of page likes and engagement for Pizza Hut Singapore’s Facebook page grew steadily.
