SP Group (formerly known as ‘Singapore Power’) is a leading energy utility company in Asia Pacific. It owns and operates electricity and gas transmission and distribution businesses in Singapore and Australia.
Recognising that the corporate website was outdated and inadequate in serving current and future needs of the organization, SP Group appointed Vintedge to perform a strategic website revamp.
This would entail developing a new Information Architecture plan and creative redesigning through a comprehensive website audit, with the option of implementing the new website using IBM Customer Experience Suite.
The result was a new design with a radically improved user experience. This new site has also been regarded as instrumental in SP Group’s new brand identity and position with a digital focus.
