Before the mobile app, UFS loyalty program was run very manually (i.e. operators performance was tracked by sales team). The process was inefficient and susceptible to human errors. The lucky draw cards that were bundled with the products often got stolen or misplaced when the products were shipped to the operators. To participate in the lucky draw, the partners would have to also fill in a lot of details, which was very cumbersome, hence reducing the number of entries.
